Town of Springhill, Nova Scotia

The Town of Springhill will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, November 18th, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. for the purpose of a public hearing and subsequent second reading of the following by-laws:

Surface Drainage By law - The purpose of this by-law is to regulate surface drainage requirements within private and public lands within the Municipality of the Town of Springhill.

Animal Control By law - to replace existing Animal Control By-law to include other animals within the Town of Springhill.

By law to Establish Springhill Board of Police Commissioners - to replace existing by law with amendments to composition of Board, time of scheduled meetings, etc.

Copies of these by-laws are available from the Town Office, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (except holidays).
